Chris Harris

Founder & President

For more than 13 years, Chris Harris has been successfully developing technology solutions and creating winning business strategies for both start-up and brand-name companies. Harris thrives on aggressive goals and delivers results by bringing his engineering discipline to the development of state-of-the-art techniques in software engineering, computer science research, and process reengineering.

Harris is also the author and inventor on several patents, and is an invited guest speaker at prominent technology symposiums.

In 2000, Harris co-founded Mohomine, a developer of a new automated text classification and extraction technology. The text processing automation software enables people and organizations to access and utilize mission-critical data in unstructured text. The company was acquired by Kofax, the market leader in capture application software, device connectivity and image processing, and a subsidiary of DICOM Group, publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

At Kofax, Harris was instrumental in accelerating research projects into viable commercial products. Previously he was employed by Microsoft and Intel where he worked on the DirectX and C++ compiler teams.

Harris holds a B.S. in Computer Science from University of California at San Diego and lives in the San Diego College area.

Vishal Srivastava

Founder & VP of Indian Operations

Vishal Srivastava has more than 10 years of high-level experience in consulting, outsourcing and manufacturing industries. Before Inventure Global he worked with iGATE Global Solutions as a principal consultant on the business consulting team. At iGATE, Srivastava was instrumental in developing the company's transaction pricing model and in setting up the delivery teams for the companys mortgage banking and insurance BPO operations.

Srivastava was also closely involved in the development of a proprietary tool for iGATE that uses market data and a process's characteristics to generate an outsourcing map for the process. Outsourcing was another major focus for Srivastava. He worked on a number of consulting assignments that helped clients develop and implement critical outsourcing initiatives.

Before iGATE, he was with KPMG Consulting in Washington, DC, now Bearingpoint, one of the world's largest management and technology consulting services to global companies. At KPMG, he was responsible for designing and reengineering financial management processes and systems for a variety of clients. Srivastava worked on a number of projects to help key clients automate and optimize their purchasing, accounting and asset management functions to better manage their growing global enterprises. He was instrumental in helping KPMG's State Government team achieve CMM level-3 certification.

Before joining KPMG, he worked with another Big Four firm in the US where he led the quality effort on the 110-person project and helped a large client implement a number of mission-critical initiatives. He was responsible for designing and implementing new processes and systems for improved service delivery, and worked closely with India's largest private sector steel company as an electrical engineer.

Srivastava holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT-Roorkee and an MBA from Indian School of Business.
